AWARDS, AWARDS, AWARDS!
Thank you and congratulations to Squarehead and SK Services for  joining us to receive the ESWA Business Partnership Award. Together these two companies employed 42 employees through our Workforce Employment Program!

Business Partnership Awards also went out to South’s Finest Meats and The Food Outlet, both were unable to attend. Easterseals West Alabama thanks you for your support and making a difference in the lives of others.

Also at our annual Easterseals awards, we commemorated our staff for their hard work, commitment, and years of service.
We would like to congratulate Rick Burns, named Staff Member of the Year and Sharon Moton and Barbara Custard for receiving the Easter Lily Award.

THE ABILITY EXPERIENCE
We were excited to have hosted Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity while they cycle through the south on The Ability Experience!

The Ability Experience was founded in 1977 with a mission to instill a passion for lifelong service in fraternity members while helping to empower people living with disabilities. As the only national fraternity to establish and maintain its own non-profit organization, Pi Kappa Phi takes pride in their service-based leadership training. Through The Ability Experience’s four core values (abilities, teamwork, empathy, and integrity) a community is created where the abilities of all people are recognized and valued.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR
FUTURE PROMISE YOUTH!
Performance artist, Luna Devika, gave an inspirational speech to our Future Promise youth participants at their monthly workshop. Voices were heard, vision boards were created (Luna Devika’s vision board pictured in third slide), and students were able to dream big!
